Refund Policy

1. General Principle

As our services involve the dedication of specialized time, resources, and skilled manpower, refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed solely based on the stage of the project and the work completed.

2. Full Refund Eligibility (100% Minus Deductions)

A full refund of the initial payment (minus administrative and third-party costs) may be issued if all of the following conditions are met:

• The formal cancellation request is received in writing within 48 hours of the initial payment.

• No substantial work (including analysis, wireframing, creative briefs, competitor analysis, or account setup) has been initiated by our team.

• Deduction: We will deduct any non-refundable costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees, or paid software licenses).

  Approved Refunds will be credited within 7-10 workig days to the original payment method.
